Distance Covered:

Similar temperature to yesterday but felt much colder until winging. Concentrated more on spots to gybe in and more came off in tricky conditions with some good spells of gybing in waves. Tried a few wave rides and a couple of times grabbed wing to sail away rather than usual stall.
Found outside gybes tricker as smooth rollers got buried in chop from rising tide. Much easier using 1550 foil as such a low stall speed. moved mast back to 7.5 and felt better balanced maybe 7 next time. A couple of others out on cold day.
